Client’s story about our Wire EDM machines

It is common that some matters may happen with the CNC EDM machines during the long time usage for operators’ short experience or error of the machines. The key is that if we can help the clients to solve the problem in time in order to satisfy our clients.

8 years ago, one of our clients from South America areas started to make moulds with our sinker EDM machine. During the 8 years usage, some small matters did happened. However, we had solved the problems by offering necessary replacements in time. And the clients are satisfied with our service supporting.

The same clients from South America areas placed a repeated order of one set of wire cut EDM machine in the spring of 2019 when they need to cut the metal work piece dies.

How about the two EDM machines working at the clients’ place now? Both of the new wire cut EDM machine and the old sinker EDM machines are working perfectly. Attached please find a picture of the emails between the client and me for your reference.

You may wonder to know the question: Why do your clients place the repeated orders from you again and again? The clients’ actions say more than our advertisement. The key point is that the clients are satisfied with our good quality products and excellent support service.
