Should I take the money?
Recently, I received an order from a repeated client. He ordered two EDS machine spare parts products with similar specifications: 300 pcs of model 1 with about USD9 and 200 pcs of model 2 with about USD18. In previous orders, he occasionally reversed the two prices. Because the quantity of these two products was the same, the total amount was the same.
However, when placing an order this time, he reversed the prices of the above two models products (that is, 300 pcs of Model 2 products with USD18 and 200 pcs of Model 1 products with USD9). If I really supply goods according to his order, it is estimated that the customer may not see it. What shall I do? Should I make a PI according to the customer's order? In this case, I will obviously earn a lot more money.
However, I thought in my heart, this money doesn't belong to me, I can't take it! Then I pointed it out to him in the reply email, which saved him thousands of dollars at once.
Look, am I a little silly? However, I think in my heart, I'm a long-term believer. I can't do this. My reputation is more important than this money
The ancients often said: a gentleman loves money, takes it wisely, and uses it wisely. Although I like making money very much, I don't take any money that doesn't belong to me. We can't take advantage of anyone. In long-term cooperation, fair trade and mutual benefit are more important, right?
