The latest electrical discharge sawing machine (EDS) is shipped to overseas market successfully at the beginning of August, 2018.

After the production was finished, our client from overseas came to our factory for pre-shipment inspection. During the trail cutting, the client was very satisfied with the Electrical discharge sawing (EDS) machine’s cutting speed and job surface.

The average cutting speed is 1500 sq mm/min when cutting the harden bearing steel round bar of dia400mm. As you may know, it is very hard for the band saw machine to cut a harden material, and its cutting tool cost is very high too. The imported tool cost is about 500USD per piece. However, the cutting blade on electrical discharge sawing machine (EDS) is mild steel sheet that is just around 2 USD per piece. That’s why the client hopes to replace their band saw machines with electrical discharge sawing machine (EDS).

The EDS machine body is too huge to be shipped as a whole machine. To save the shipping cost for our clients, we decided to disassembly the machine body into several smaller parts during package. And the EDS 600 machine was loaded into one higher container of 40 feet exactly. Here are some pictures of the packages during loading.

The full contained was lifted to the truck. 

To make sure the entire machine parts are sound goods when it arrives at our client’s site, we applied the Vacuum-inner package and wooden cases for all parts. And the machine was well protected against dampness, moisture, rust and shock during loading into the container.
