Our Wire EDM machine of higher cutting speed is shipped to Southeast Asia again.

One of our clients from Southeast Asia ordered a wire cut EDM machine from us in November of 2018. And the client is very satisfied with its performance because the machine can help them to solve the hardened Ni-alloy material cutting with a lower usage cost.

To meet the client’s special requirement about the higher cutting speed when cuts the Ni-alloy jobs, we have developed a stronger high frequent power supply system for the new controller. During the cutting tests with our new wire cut EDM machine, the cutting speed is improved by 25%.

The client is happy with the higher cutting speed and placed an order of a new wire cut EDM machine with us again when the quantity of their jobs increase a lot this year.

During the 70^th China national holidays( Oct1 to Oct7, 2019), the new machine was shipped to the client in Southeast Asia market. Attached please find some pictures of the new machine shipment for your reference.
